Founder of Øens HåndværkerCentral ApS
Aarhus & Copenhagen
I build companies from the realities of daily operations. Alongside them, I invest and build a property portfolio in Denmark.
My name is Marius Sand Kirk. I am an entrepreneur and the owner of Øens HåndværkerCentral ApS and Hooded Organic ApS.
My experience has been built through the work itself. I stay close to operations, take responsibility for decisions and improve the companies through what we learn along the way.
Alongside the companies, I invest and work with a long-term view to build a property portfolio in Denmark.
Øens HåndværkerCentral ApS provides specialist craft services in Aarhus and Copenhagen. We sand floors and treat balconies, terraces and worktops.
My responsibility extends from clients and planning to daily operations and the company’s continued development. Knowing the work is the basis for making sound decisions.
Hooded Organic ApS is my clothing brand and my company within fashion and e-commerce.
The collections and products are available in the online shop.
I have made significant investments alongside my companies. The aim is to develop several areas of business on a solid, long-term foundation.
I am building a property portfolio in Denmark. It is a long-term undertaking and a natural next step in my investments.
I have previously worked with Bitcoin mining. It gave me practical experience with technology and a new area of business.
I have worked with dropshipping toys and drones. Through this, I gained experience in commerce and online product sales.
I have held a minor role in a leasing company. It gave me insight into the industry and its business.
You must understand the work, the clients and the everyday operation before you can develop a company responsibly.
Planning and automation create clarity, save time and make it possible to stay focused on the task.
Experience must be put to use. I test ideas, learn from the results and continue with care.

Work. Responsibility. Long-term development.
